All of our group pilates classes are suitable for everybody, no matter what age, shape, size, experience and fitness level. We believe pilates is for everybody. Each class offers a 50 min full body workout, that can be altered to suit all fitness levels. Our aim is to make all our classes challenging, uplifting, educational and fun, making pilates your happy place, helping you improve concentration, reduce stress, and to maintain your physical goals.
Private classes are available on request. Perfect for recovering from an injury, heavily pregnant or maybe just wanting to have a 'date night' with a difference. We also specialise in group private session for either a group of friends or a team building session.

Bookings are essential, as are limited spots per classes. Bookings are made Via the Mindbody App, and can be made up to 4 weeks in advance. We offer a range of times and pricing, starting with the intro offer of 5 classes for $50.
What You Will Need
Reformer - Socks, preferably grip socks, to stop you sliding, we sell these in the studio.
Matwork - Yoga mat or towel
Suitable active wear, eg. tights or bike pants
