Reformer pilates, uses the fundamentals of pilates, but with an added piece of equipment, using springs and ropes to create resistance targeting not only big muscle groups but also those hard to activate small muscles.  It has a sliding carriage that challenges stability getting deep into the internal core muscles.  Every class is different, guaranteeing you a fantastic all over body workout that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
