Barre Cardio Pilates

Barre pilates takes the basic foundations of Mat pilates and combines them with ballet inspired moves.  Using Low impact techniques, targeting multiple muscle groups at once, helping to strengthen and tone your muscles in ways that few other workouts can.  Every class offers a full body workout.  Our classes are fun and up beat increasing cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which helps to quickly burn calories.  During our barre classes we use small equipment such as, hand weight, pilates rings, sliders, bands, and small balls, to help “spice up” your workout.  You will find muscles that you have never felt before.  It not only works your body but also your mind, with focus and concentration on the exercises throughout the class, releasing endorphins during physical activity getting an increased sense of wellbeing.  

You don’t have to be a dancer or had any pilates experience to join this class.  The classes can be adjusted to suit all abilities and fitness levels.
