Athletic Reformer Pilates

Our Athletic Reformer pilates class, uses the fundamentals of pilates, but with a little more.  We speed the pace up and add extra equipment, adding the extra sweat and burn to your muscles.   Every class is different, guaranteeing you a fantastic all over body workout. 

This is a specialised class that can be suitable for all abilities but if you are pregnant or have an injury it is recommended you attend one of our reformer classes before attending this class so you can speak to our instructors first.

If you are pregnant you must contact the studio before attending and of the classes.
