Jump Reformer Pilates

In our Jump Reformer pilates class, you get the same great reformer workout with the added bit of cardio.  Added to the reformer is a padded board allowing you to horizontally jump.  You are guaranteed to get sweaty.  This is a specialised class that can be suitable for all abilities but if you are pregnant or have an injury it is recommended you attend one of our reformer classes before attending this class so you can speak to our instructors first.

If you are pregnant you must contact the studio before attending and of the classes.
