At The Core Wellness Studio all our team are here to help you make the most of every class.  Making every part of your pilates experience rewarding for both your mind and body allowing you to achieve your fitness goals.


Nicole is the Founder of The Core Wellness Studio.  Her dream is to create a "happy place" that is a welcoming environment to everyone.  With years of experience in pilates,  she prides herself in creating  classes to suit every ability, targeting deep into those muscle you never thought existed.

Jenn will be there to greet you with her big smile as you enter our studio.  She can answer any of your questions you have regarding classes and pricing options.

Morgan is our OG instructor.  She has years of pilates experience, and loves adding that extra spice to the class.  She also specialises in our Private Sessions to assists you to integrate into a group session.

Daisy Ellen

Daisy Ellen is our amazing Barre and Mat instructor.  Specializing in adding that extra bit of cardio into your class.  You will never walk away without feeling that "pilates burn" though out her class.


Wendy has joined our team through the love of attending classes at our studio every day.  She has amazing knowledge of injuries and is able to adjust your class accordingly.  She creates a killer class to leave you feeling every muscle in your body as you walk out the doors.
