Class Cancellation Policy
Group class cancellations require 9 hours notice prior to class starting. It ensures no spaces are wasted and allows us to start your class once every person has arrived.
Any cancellations made with less than 9 hours notice will incur the full cost of the class booked.
To ensure your cancellation is received and the next person on the waitlist is offered a spot immediately, all class cancellations are to be done via Mindbody. Unfortunately this means we cant except any cancellations from our emails, social media, phone or personal text message.
Private class cancellations require 24 hours notice prior to class starting. Failure to do so will incur the full cost of the class booked.
Waitlist
If a class is full, make sure you sign up for the waitlist and when a spot becomes available, you will receive an email and an automated text message asking to confirm your spot with a Y or cancel with a N. When receiving this message you are now booked into that class. Please be aware that when you sign up to the waitlist you are committing to that class if a spot becomes available, this can be up to 1 hour before the class commencing. If you plans change and you are no longer able to attend the class, as a courtesy to other clients, we strongly encourage you to cancel from the waitlist, to free up the space for the next person.
Please remember that the 9 hour cancellation policy still applies and the full cost of the class will apply if cancelled within this time after coming off a waitlist.
Expiry Dates
Each pass has a strict expiry date. We offer a variety of packages and subscriptions, make sure you choose the correct pass to suit your lifestyle as expiry dates can not be changed. Passes that have not been used before the expiry date, will expire and no refund will be given. Extensions may be given due to injury or illness, in which case a medical certificate is required. Request must be asked for before expiry date. It will be at the discretion of the owner to grant an extension.
